These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Intraverse mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Intraverse is a travel technology platform that enables users to:

  • Search and book travel services (flights, hotels, tours, insurance)
  • Sell travel products as agents or independents
  • Manage travel bookings and customer relationships

Intraverse acts as an intermediary platform between users and third-party travel service providers.

3. Eligibility

To use Intraverse, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete information

By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Intraverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Services Provided

Intraverse provides:

  • Travel booking services through third-party suppliers
  • Tools for agents and independents to sell travel
  • Wallet and payment facilitation features
  • Business management tools

We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or other travel services listed on the platform.

6. Bookings and Transactions

a. Third-Party Responsibility

All bookings are fulfilled by third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). Their terms and conditions apply to your booking.

b. Pricing

Prices are subject to availability, changes by suppliers, taxes, and fees.

c. Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed after successful payment and ticket issuance or booking confirmation.

7. Payments and Wallet

  • Payments may be processed via third-party providers
  • Users may fund and use a wallet within the platform
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds
  • Intraverse is not liable for payment failures caused by external providers

8. Earnings & Commissions (Agents / Independents)

  • Users who sell travel through Intraverse may earn commissions
  • Commission structures are defined within the platform
  • Intraverse reserves the right to modify commission rates
  • Earnings may be subject to verification and compliance checks

9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

  • Subject to airline, hotel, or supplier policies
  • Fees may apply for cancellations or changes
  • Refund timelines depend on third-party providers
  • Intraverse facilitates requests but does not guarantee outcomes

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Misrepresent travel services or pricing
  • Violate third-party supplier rules
  • Interfere with platform security or operations

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Intraverse (including logos, software, design, and text) is owned by Intraverse or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute content without permission
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Intraverse is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We process personal data in accordance with:

  • GDPR (where applicable)
  • NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation)

13. Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation

You agree to indemnify and hold Intraverse harmless from:
